Bambi bucket
660 gallons

Flying the Black Hawk
The Black Hawk is the aircraft for Meadow Start, the first graded fire. It responds quickly, so it is a good one to learn precise drops on.
Fill from any lake, pond or creek: come in slow and low, let the snorkel come down, and hold Shift to settle.
Tips
- Short trips win. Fill at the closest water, even a small pond, and keep the loads coming.
- Its fast dump puts a lot of water in a small spot. Aim for the hottest part of the fire edge.
The real Black Hawk
The Black Hawk is a twin-engine utility helicopter. Fitted with a belly tank and a retractable snorkel, it is often called a "Firehawk"; it is also a common bucket helicopter.
It carries less than the heavy helicopters but is quick, so it can make many short trips between a nearby water source and the fire.
