Support

The game won't start

• If you see “your browser can't show 3D”, update your browser or try another (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari), and turn on hardware acceleration in its settings.
• Make sure JavaScript is on, and try a normal (not private) window.
• On a phone or tablet, the web version needs a keyboard and mouse. Mobile versions are on the way.

It runs slowly

• Set Graphics: Low in the menu (or press G).
• Close other heavy tabs and apps; plug a laptop in.
• The frame rate shows bottom left. Most computers made in the last few years should manage 60 fps on Low.

My progress is gone

• Progress is saved in your browser on this device. Clearing site data, private windows and some cleaner apps remove it.
• Open Save & backup from the menu and copy your backup code somewhere safe. Paste it there on any browser to restore everything.

Controls

All the keys are on the how to play page, and in the game press H.
